E.D.C is a private company, founded in 1964 by Mr. Zvi Langer, and been managed by Mr. Issac J Langer (M.Sc.) since 1992. Under Mr. Issac Langer’s leadership, E.D.C evolved and thrived, specializing in turnkey projects for the healthcare industry and has established itself as a leading engineering, development and construction company.
